My Approach
As a therapist for over 20 years, I have been helping clients heal from past trauma and deal with current life stressors, using a supportive, compassionate approach. Part of therapy is building on clients’ strengths to promote self-care, reduce distress, improve relationships, and find a renewed sense of purpose as well as working collaboratively to develop positive core beliefs that allow the freedom to live more fully – and with a fuller heart.
